- Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

‍- Refunds are not available; only studio credit is provided for canceled bookings.

- Any cancellation/rescheduling received less than 24 hours before your reserved rental time will be charged in full, NO CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED. No exceptions.

Your booking begins the time you book for. It is important to ensure that all clients receive their full value of the rental period by finishing packing up and leaving promptly when their time ends.

In order to avoid disruption for upcoming renters, it is essential that you notify your guests ahead of time about this policy. To make sure everyone has a pleasant experience, each person must vacate the studio without delay once their rental period concludes; otherwise an extra fee may be applied.

‍Before you leave, ensure the door is securely locked. Leaving the door unlocked will result in a minimum $50 fine.

‍There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule and it is important that all guests remember to lock up before they leave.

Nomad does have a security camera inside the space. This camera is used only for risk management, to monitor the number of people in the studio, to ensure renters leave on time, and for the security of the space. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Footage will never be shared, posted, or made public.

The following items are PROHIBITED:

- Superglue, duct tape, gorilla tape or any type of sticky adhesive that cannot be easily removed on any surface of the studio.

- Paint.

- Open flame.

- Smoking.

When you enter the studio, it is important to remove your outdoor shoes at the entrance. This simple gesture will allow us to keep the studio in pristine condition.

If the renter or their party/clients cause damage to any property or equipment within Nomad Studio, including furniture, walls, and photo studio equipment, the renter will be billed with the credit card on file.

‍*DO NOT DRAG FURNITURE. It is important to not drag any furniture across the floor as this tends to ruin the floors.

‍All furniture and props should be in the same place they were found before leaving.

‍No liability will be taken by Nomad Studio, its owners or co-workers for any damage that might occur to either the renter or their participants/clients due to either party's actions.

‍Nomad is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left behind at our premises. To avoid confusion and loss of property it is advised that renters double check that all belongings have been removed before leaving the space.
